Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Please find below information regarding our Return and Refund Policy.

RETURNS

Most of our products are produced print-on-demand. This means that products are produced only once they are ordered. As a result, returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong size or color is ordered or a customer has changed their mind regarding a product. However, if there is a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact QruQloth within 30 days of product delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached (if applicable).

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please complete the form on the CONTACT US page of our website and provide the following information:

Subject Box: (type in) RETURN REQUEST

Message Box: Provide the name of the item(s) to be returned and the reason for the return (e.g., defective or damaged).

You will receive a response to your return request within 24-48 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment. It is the responsibility of your card company to post the credit to your account. It can take three to seven business days for the credit to appear on your credit card account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within three to seven business days, first check your bank account again. Second, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Third, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Last, if you’ve completed these steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please reach out to us via the CONTACT US page on our website.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to make an exchange for the same item, send us a message via the CONTACT US page on our website and include the following information:

Subject Box: (type in) EXCHANGE REQUEST

Message Box: Provide the name of the item(s) to be exchanged and the reason for the exchange (e.g., defective or damaged).

You will receive a response to your return request within 24-48 hours.

Shipping returns

Return shipping for items that are defective or damaged is free of charge. Once the return or exchange request is approved, a shipping label will be provided. For exchanges, the item(s) must be shipped back within seven days of initiating the exchange process.
